Just so you know, there are many retail owners who actually bought the game here on Steam because they wanted to support RWS. Plus, the game is cheap! If you don't want to pay 10$ for it you can wait for a sale and get 66% or even 75% off, and that has happened many times. There are enough people that are begging for the game right now (not talking about you), and adding a way for legit owners to get a Steam key would make more trouble than it's worth it.
